For over 50 years MERRILL has operated with the belief that with the right people, and the right technology, anything is possible. This mindset has allowed MERRILL to have a positive impact in the community and attract experienced individuals with specialized skills, across a wide range of disciplines. Dedicated to a well trained workforce, MERRILL developed the Merrill Institute to help meet the growing demand for qualified welders in the Great Lakes Bay Region. Since, its inception in 2011, the Merrill Institute has certified over 332 welders.
