With the help of our talented team, MERRILL added MIS-20007 grades 1 through 5 and Chemical Conversion Coat to MIL-DTL-5541 / MIL-C-5541, classes 1A and 3 to our list of paint capabilities.
Adding these capabilities is no easy task. To be qualified, MERRILL completed paint on a series of panels and performed adhesion and destructive testing. The panels where then shipped to the customer to be inspected and tested per their specifications.
MERRILL met and exceeded their expectations and is now qualified to perform paint services to the MIS-20007 and MIL-DTL-5541 / MIL-C-5541 standards.
