This time-saving technology allows for faster, more accurate parts when you need to meet critical industry tolerances. Let our skilled team with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and countless hours of training put this equipment to work on your large projects.
Our multiple CMM’s are housed in their own climate controlled environments, allowing MERRILL to accurately measure unique parts of all shapes and sizes up to 86.6 inches long by 47.750 inches wide by 39.9 inches tall. The CMM’s provide versatility to probe long, round parts and parts that require measurements in hard to reach crevasses. In addition, MERRILL’s CMM software allows for the seamless transition of data across our company and features a detailed reporting process saving you time and money.
The Laser Metrology Tracker features a long measurement range that provides real-time, digital feedback of accuracy pertaining machining and welds on a variety of small to large parts. The laser gives MERRILL the capability to ensure a level foundation for imperative installations and ensures accuracy when positioning the object onto the base. It provides a seamless, one person set-up for tool building and the ability to reverse engineer a part with high accuracy digital scan data.
With the right team, anything is possible.
